GORGEOUS KATE MOSS looks as graceful as a swan — and shows she’s now a plum-age for some good old-fashioned glamour.

The supermodel, 35, looked sensational as she nestled on a velvet couch in a flowing white evening gown, with her hair sleeked back.

Kate’s pose appears in the May issue of top fashion magazine Vogue.

But her new elegance was short-lived.

Yesterday, she was snapped leaving her north London home with rock chick sunglasses and ruffled locks.
